Should a division occur within the church, the board of directors of the Northern Plains District of the Evangelical Free Church of America shall determine which group or individuals within the church adheres to the doctrine and principles of these bylaws. The district board of directors shall have authority to transfer ownership of all property to that group. Should the church dissolve, all property shall be transferred to the Northern Plains District of the Evangelical Free Church of America.
